Authorised Systems and Storage, IBM Cloud Marketplace Reseller. CMTG co-authored a white paper with IBM on cyber-resilient infrastructure architecture – ‘IBM and CMTG Cyber Resiliency: Building an Automated, VMware Aware Safeguarded Copy Solution to Provide Data Resilience.’ Presented at IBM TechX Sydney 2023 and Las Vegas 2024. CMTG’s lead storage architect Neil Morris was appointed IBM Storage Champion in April 2026, one of two in Australia. AMD EPYC architecture was selected for its combination of core density, memory bandwidth, and security features, delivering compute performance that consistently exceeds what most physical workstations can provide. CMTG is an AMD channel partner and participates in AMD’s infrastructure partner programme.
The same class of GPU infrastructure that hyperscalers and AI infrastructure operators are now racing to build. CMTG has this deployed on sovereign WA infrastructure today, enabling AI workloads, HPC, and GPU-accelerated virtual desktop delivery for clients who cannot put sensitive data into a public AI service.

Citrix’s own assessment of which managed service provider across Australia and New Zealand delivered the best Citrix deployment outcomes for clients. CMTG uses the Citrix platform for its Desktop as a Service capability, delivering GPU-accelerated virtual desktops to engineering, media, and enterprise clients from its sovereign WA platform.
CMTG carries local Perth stock of Lenovo end-user devices, enabling same-day supply for business laptops, PCs, and monitors. Lenovo server and infrastructure hardware is specified, procured, and deployed by the same team managing client environments. The Gold partnership provides priority access to stock, competitive pricing, and technical support for complex deployments.
CMTG partners with Cohesity to extend enterprise data protection across every workload in a client’s environment. Where IBM Safeguarded Copy provides immutable storage that ransomware cannot reach, Cohesity adds the intelligence layer above it: AI-driven threat detection, cyber vaulting, and recovery orchestration across virtualised environments, Microsoft 365, databases, and cloud-native applications. Named a Gartner Customers’ Choice eight consecutive times for backup and data protection, Cohesity is one of the most recognised platforms in the space. Together, the two technologies give CMTG clients protection at both the storage and data management level.
CMTG deploys the full Fortinet security fabric: FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiSIEM,
FortiEDR, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiDLP, FortiRecon, FortiDeceptor, and Fortilink NAC. Fortinet infrastructureis the platform on which CMTG’s SOC and security advisory services operate.
Veeam manages the backup workflow, verification, and restore orchestration across CMTG’s Backup as a Service offering. Every backup job is verified on completion and failures are actioned by the NOC team immediately.
